What should I look for in a graphic design firm?

Choosing a great graphic designer is not just about picking someone whose work looks nice. The best designer will have the creativity, experience, and business acumen to make your project a success. To help you in your selection process read The Seven Skills of a Great Designer.

Will DesignQuest manage our entire project?

That's up to you. Our goal is to extend the value of your marketing team. If you are looking for one company to manage the entire process, we structure your project to provide the necessary services. We also can work with you to deliver only specifically defined project elements. Our collaboration is based on your company's needs.

How do you charge for your services?

By the project. We sit down with you at the beginning of your project to determine your project's parameters. This allows us to quote one inclusive price; you know what your project costs will be right from the start.

What does the estimate include?

The estimate includes concept through production services. Additional services required to complete the project are specified and quoted individually.

How do we get started?

We'll talk about your marketing objectives and project parameters before submitting a proposal outlining project services. Once the proposal is accepted and a deposit made, DesignQuest goes to work. First, we'll meet to discuss specific project details that will drive the design phase. Then, we'll present layouts and make any necessary changes. Once you're happy with the design, we prepare the final artwork.

How do you manage expectations?

Before developing your proposal, we'll spend time discussing your expectations. We want to ensure that the proposal includes all the work and required timelines necessary to meet your goals. DesignQuest prides itself on meeting all deadlines, and a very important part of the process is that we begin the project "on the same page".

What if we do not like the initial concepts?

During the creative briefing process we review your goals and set the final project objectives. We focus on asking the right questions so the design solutions meet your goals. If the design does not meet your expectations, we re-examine all the goals and objectives to understand why. An important part of a discussion such as this is "why." Why do you not like it? Why do you feel it will not meet your objectives? Then we know where to make adjustments. We are committed to client satisfaction. We will work on your concepts until they meet your expectations.

Who owns the rights to the designs?

Once your project is complete, you own all rights to the work we have created for you and you have paid for.

Where are you located?

In Natick, MA (in the Metrowest region of Massachusetts). We serve clients in Boston and the greater New England area.
