Will DesignQuest manage our entire project?

That is up to you. Our goal is to extend the value of your marketing team. If you are looking for one company to mange the entire process, we structure your project to provide the necessary services. Or, we work with you to deliver only specifically defined project elements. Our collaboration is based on your company's needs.

How do you charge for your services?

By the project. We sit down with you at the very beginning of your project to determine your project’s parameters. This allows us to quote one inclusive price; you know what your project costs will be right from the start.

How do we get started?
We’ll talk about your marketing objectives and project parameters before submitting a proposal outlining project services. Once the proposal is accepted, and a deposit made, DesignQuest goes to work. First, we’ll meet to discuss specific project details that will drive the design phase. Then, we’ll present layouts and make any necessary changes. Once you’re happy with the design, we prepare the final artwork.

How do you manage expectations?

Before developing your proposal, we’ll spend time discussing your expectations. We want to ensure that the proposal includes all the work necessary to meet your goals. A very important part of the process is that we begin the project “on the same page”.

What if we do not like the initial concepts ?

During the creative briefing process we review your goals and set the final project objectives. We focus on asking the right questions so the design solutions meet your goals. If the design does not meet your expectations, we re-examine all the goals and objectives to understand why. An important part of a discussion such as this is “why”. Why do you not like it? Why do you feel it will not meet your objectives?  Then we know where to make adjustments. We are committed to client satisfaction. We will work on your concepts until they meet your expectations.
