As president and Creative Director, Susan Ethier has been collaborating with businesses since 1986 to create powerful programs that drive business results. Her broad business background encompasses advertising, graphic design, marketing, account management and business operations. Among her many strengths is her ability to envision the big picture and direct clients to solutions that meet their strategic business objectives in creative and exciting ways. 

Susan graduated from Massachusetts College of Art with a BFA in graphic design.  She is a recognized leader in her field and often speaks to high school and college students about graphic design and entrepreneurship.  She won two coveted Marketing on a Shoestring awards from the New England Direct Marketing Association.

Susan founded DesignQuest Visual Communications in Natick, MA to serve Boston area businesses. She focuses on delivering solutions that meet business objectives, and on managing the entire project so no detail is forgotten.
